Close MinimizeNew build 61 bedroom hotel and restaurant providing 226 bar/restaurant covers. The site lies within the River Teign flood risk area and therefore planning requirements dictated that both buildings were to be elevated some 2.5m above this level.
This design constraint was successfully integrated and the restaurant benefits from its elevated position to the road and racecourse.
