New build 60 bedroom hotel with adjoining restaurant which provides 248 bar/restaurant covers. The building is timber frame construction, with a Victorian influenced façade of brick and painted panelled timber sympathetic to the context and setting. The scheme involved working closely with the local authority, with the building considered an important step towards regeneration of the area. We were instructed as architects and interior fit-out designers, taking the project through to completion.
